So world's best might be a bit of a stretch, but it's pretty good.
Ingredients
(I doubled the ingredients so I could make a bunch, but you can easily adjust for less!)
12 Chicken Tenders (you can also use 6 chicken breasts instead if you'd like)
1 cup low-fat greek yogurt
6 tbs grated parmesan
2 tsp chopped garlic/garlic powder
2 tsp minced onions (onion powder works too, or you can use a little of both!)
2 tsp Mrs. Dash
Salt + Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. We're going to make our mix first by combining all of our ingredients besides our
chicken. In a bowl, add your Yogurt, Grated Parmesan, Garlic Powder/Chopped,
Onion Powder/Minced, Mrs. Dash, Salt, and Pepper.
3. Mix these ingredients together until it's like a thick paste.
4. Set the mix aside for a moment. Go ahead and pound the Chicken if needed.
5. Get a pan and spray it with cooking spray. Lay the Chicken on the pan, leaving a
little space in between each one.
6. Spread the mix on top of each piece of chicken, covering it as much as possible.
7. Put chicken in the oven and let it cook for about 20 minutes (longer if you're using
chicken breasts, about 35 minutes).
8. Take the chicken out of the oven. (If you're not sure if it's done, check the temp!)
9. Put it on a plate, add sides (for me, potato salad and green beans!), and enjoy!
(P.S. leftover chicken is great in salads!)
