Long time, no post! Here is a recipe I love and [bonus!] reheats really well.
Ingredients
1lb Ground Turkey
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (Diced)
1/2 White Onion (Diced)
1 can of Green Beans
16oz Tomato Sauce (~2 cans)
1 tbs Garlic Powder
Crushed Red Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Set your stove to medium-high heat & add a little extra virgin olive oil to the pan.
2. Put your ground turkey in the pan and break it into small pieces.
3. Once most of your turkey is cooked, add the diced yellow bell pepper, diced white onion, and garlic powder. Mix them up.
4. Once your veggies are cooked, add the tomato sauce, green beans, and crushed red pepper. Mix them up.
5. Let it cook for a just few minutes until everything is done.
6. Put it in a bowl, and enjoy!
